Yoga Instructors

ANGELA MONIQUE THOMAS

Angela has been climbing since 2005 and found the breath/body movement linkage to be foundational to her outdoor and indoor climbing experiences. It wasn’t until 2020 that Angela’s yoga experiences went from retreats to a full- time journey via YouTube’s “Yoga with Adriene” during COVID lockdown; it was a great time to become immersed in yoga and its many benefits.

Angela is a certified yoga teacher with an adventurous, playful spirit who enjoys showing people what they’re capable of. The power of the breath (pranayama) and linking breath to an individual’s body movement (asanas) are areas she likes to focus on. She believes that any “body” can do yoga and will offer modifications to postures in order to create a safe and fun experience.

Jill Nebeker

Jill has been a student of yoga for twenty years -- yes, she's probably older than you :-) -- and she completed Scott Anderson's Alignment Yoga program in Madison, WI in 2012. Power, balance and movement in sport originates in the hips so that's where her practice starts but not where it ends. In her classes, you'll be guided through meditation, pre-yoga stretching, and vinyasa flows, with an emphasis on body alignment that allows strength over the range of motion. Jill loves the space that a group of yoga practitioners can create together and looks forward to moving with you

Tiffany Hippe

Tiffany is passionate about making yoga safe and accessible to all bodies. Her own practice began at the age of 15 while in search of healing for her body, and stayed when discovering the benefits yoga provided her mental health. Tiffany completed her 200 hour training in Mexico City in 2018 and began teaching right away. She has since completed her 85 hour prenatal yoga training and 300 hour trauma informed yoga training.

In her free time, Tiffany is exploring with her pup and husband. They camp, hike, garden, go to music and travel.

Haley Cubero

Haley believes movement of the body and breath is the best medicine, with ripple effects to your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Her classes provide the supportive space to connect more deeply with that medicine! Her motto is "the way you do one thing is the way you do everything". The focus in her classes is to bring awareness to the here and now.

She is a student of 10 years, is a 300-hour RYT, holds a Masters in Teaching degree, and is a Reiki II practitioner - all which influence her teaching style. When Haley isn't teaching, she's tending to her garden, foraging along the river, hiking in the Sawtooth Mountains, going to rock concerts, crawling up walls, or jammin' on the djembe with her husband.

Coriander Lilley

As a yoga teacher, Coriander is a certified practitioner who discovered the true power of yoga in India at the age of 16, growing up homeschooled and traveling the world with her family. She has practiced yoga her entire life guided by her mother. Her teaching style emphasizes authenticity and mind-body connection aiming to inspire others on their unique journey of self discovery and holistic well-being.

Bri Strodtbeck

Bri is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher completing her first training in 2020 and her second training in 2022. She has a passion for helping others find confidence, a sense of self, and peace on their mat. She has been practicing for 10 years and has tried all kinds of yoga but slow flow/yin is probably her favorite. She also has training in trauma informed yoga, nutrition, ayurveda, and herbalism. She completed her masters degree in 2021 in nutrition and natural medicine. She is also working on honing her intuitive energy/tarot reading skills. She loves teaching and sharing the gift of yoga - particularly to beginners!

In her free time you can find her reading, crocheting, hiking, hanging with friends and family, or cuddling with her cat while she binge watches reality tv.
