Register for class through our online calendar or on our app, RGPro Connect. Classes do tend to fill up so we continue to encourage booking in advance.

Our facility continues to provide mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps to participants. You are welcome (and encouraged) to bring your own supplies, but it is not a requirement. We do not have cups for water so please bring your own bottle. There is a drinking fountain and water bottle refill station in the climbing gym.

What it really comes down to is how comfortable you are with newness and being challenged physically and posture-wise.
Beginner = new to all, ready to learn the basic postures without pushing hard physically
Intermediate = you have a grasp of basic postures but are okay with being challenged physically and posture-wise
Advanced = you are comfortable with all “basic” postures and want a physical challenge and a challenge in your posture

Flexibility is not a prerequisite for yoga! Ye, flexibility helps when getting into difficult postures but the true gift of yoga is entering a space to challenge your body and your mind. Don’t let a predetermined thought stop you from trying something new!
