We have mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps. Bringing your own mat is encouraged but not necessary.

Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to find parking and get settled in. If the door to the yoga room is closed, class is closed.

    This is a vinyasa style class where you will find yourself linking movement to breathe and entering the “flow” state. Unlike other classes, this class is a set sequence that you can expect to remain generally the same each time you come. This unchanging flow will allow you to come to class feeling confident in the postures as you learn them and make them your own. Honing in your breath and quieting your mind coming into a sequence that feels like home. This is a beginner friendly class that welcomes all levels of yoga experience. You’ll find yourself breathing, balancing, getting stronger and taking your yoga practice to a deeper level.

  • This Vinyasa style yoga class blends dynamic, energizing sequences with a strong focus on alignment. Each flow is designed to build strength, mobility, and body awareness while maintaining mindful connection to breath. Through deliberate, well-aligned poses, students will cultivate balance and stability, leaving class feeling rejuvenated and centered. Ideal for those looking to deepen their practice and find a sense of clarity and peace amongst the mental chatter.

    This class is suitable for ALL bodies. There will always be alternative postures offered as well as opportunities for rest.

  • This class offers a work-out and a work-in. Based on alignment and a clear mind, this class takes postures at the pace of deep belly breaths. Holding each pose for a few breaths to feel all muscles working together to become stronger and more flexible. Expect active stretching and strengthening at a slow pace - great for students that have at least a few classes under their belt.

  • This class is about getting your body moving after you wake up. We start with slow, simple stretches to address overnight stiffness in the back and hips. From there, we transition into a steady flow that links basic movements with deep breathing. The goal is to build a bit of heat and wake up your muscles so you feel more capable heading into your day. It’s a practical, no-nonsense practice for all levels.

Expect to synchronize breath with movement, creating a moving meditation that enhances focus and body awareness.

    Start your morning with an invigorating 60-minute vinyasa flow designed to awaken your body and center your mind.

    This all-levels class offers a dynamic sequence of poses, linking breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Each month follows a unique theme—such as gratitude, emphasizing heart- and hip-opening postures—and we explore one evolving sequence throughout the month. Poses may be added or deepened as we go, allowing the flow to stay fresh while giving students the opportunity to refine specific postures and notice their progress over time.

     

    Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find space to challenge yourself, move with intention, and honor your practice. Can’t make it every week?   • This class is a place to take a break from the day and connect with yourself again. This will be done through breathwork, meditation, and yin postures. Come expecting calming lighting and music, deep stretches, and a place to learn more about yourself and your body.

  • A yoga–pilates fusion for active bodies at all levels of their yoga practice. Build strength, endurance, balance, and mobility through flowing movement and focused toning, set to energizing music. Ends with a full savasana to reset and recover.

  • Slow down, breathe deeply, and reset. This all-levels restorative yoga class offers a gentle, welcoming space to unwind and reconnect with your body. Through simple movements, supported stretches, and mindful breathing, you’ll ease tension, calm the nervous system, and invite a sense of balance and clarity. Postures are held comfortably and approached with care, making this practice accessible whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to complement a more active routine. Expect a relaxed pace, soothing guidance, and plenty of permission to move at your own comfort level. Come as you are—this class is about feeling good, not pushing harder.

  • This Sunday evening class invites an opportunity to slow down and get ready for the week ahead. The class will begin with a grounding breathwork exercise and guided meditation. Followed by active yin postures where we will hold poses for 3-5 minutes utilizing several props and adjustments, stretching into our deep connective tissues and joints. Then we will turn to yoga nidra, aka yogic sleep, a form of yoga that is focused on a deeper relaxation than you often get during a REM cycle.

    The goal is to leave class feeling grounded, peaceful, and replenished. You will be encouraged to look within yourself and be open to new experiences. Can’t wait to see you there!
