Morning Flow with Lindsay

Rejuvenating | Balanced | Work Out and Work In

Thursdays from 9:00 - 10:00 AM

Beginner Friendly - Lightly Challenging

Its wonderful to have variety in our health & wellness regime.  But, sometimes its nice to have a predictable series that we come "home" to.  One that we can deep-dive into, week after week, allowing the practice to reveal itself over time.

The 26-2 class is this class.  Its a combination of slow, emphasis on form, hatha postures, with a section of Vinyasa to experience these postures in a flow format.  You get a mixture of both: hatha & vinyasa in this series.

This series is for all levels and is a great staple class for any athlete looking to enhance their mobility, flexibility, and breathwork.
