What We Offer

Our incredible team of yoga teachers boast over 100 years of yoga instruction and experience combined. From Hatha to Yin, there truly is something for everyone in our studio. We currently offer 14 different yoga classes with more added regularly!

Common Questions

  • Register for class through our online calendar‍ or on our app, RGPro Connect. Classes do tend to fill up so we continue to encourage booking in advance.

  • Our facility continues to provide mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps to participants. You are welcome (and encouraged) to bring your own supplies, but it is not a requirement. We do not have cups for water so please bring your own bottle. There is a drinking fountain and water bottle refill station in the climbing gym.

  • For parking information please refer to the map on the Hours & Location page of our website.

    Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to find parking and get settled in. If the door to the yoga room is closed, class is closed.
