Class Description:
Move with intention and breath in this energizing Vinyasa flow class. Designed to build strength, flexibility, and presence, this class links dynamic movement with mindful breath for a fluid, invigorating practice. Expect creative sequences, opportunities for exploration, and a balance of challenge and ease. Open to all levels—modifications and variations will be offered to meet you where you are. Step onto your mat and into your flow!

About the instructor
Lily Smith
Lily Smith is an artist, traveler, yogi, and storyteller in Boise. Her yoga practice has supported her through a decade of life’s changes and in early 2025 she received her 200hr RYT training. Lily believes that bodies are worth celebrating. She is passionate about creating uplifting, inclusive, and encouraging environments for students. Lily aims to provide a safe space for pain relief, strength, mobility, release, and fun. She specializes in Hatha & Vinyasa and is excited to see you on the mat!
