What our members say

"This class is for the student who wants to be challenged, grow their practice, and flow at a steady pace. Maddi is a skilled instructor with strong verbal cues. You won’t find her flowing alongside you (only to demonstrate tricky transitions) but walking in between the rows providing guidance on how to improve. The music is giving upbeat emo but your heart rate will be at a classic rock rate. 10/10 incredible instructor and solid flow."

About the instructor

Maddi Marlenee

Maddi came to find her love for yoga in 2017 after moving from Montana to Boise to pursue a degree in Nursing. Yoga taught her the divinity of the mind, body, soul connection, and more importantly what it means to love and care for your body. Maddi finally took the leap after years of being a practitioner and completed her 200hr teacher training through Flow Studio Boise. In addition to yoga, she is currently working as a nurse at St. Luke’s. With her experience in nursing she has gained knowledge that allows her to offer mindful posture alternatives, as well as injury prevention and recovery classes.

In Maddi’s classes you’ll find blends of focused vinyasa flows that emphasize strength building and rejuvenating sequences. Maddi learned from her teachers at Flow Studio the importance of helping her students find the “flow state.” Her experience in healthcare has shown her the beautiful meeting point between the western world of health and the eastern world of healing.
