Join Abby, a licensed massage therapist with 6 years of experience in deep tissue massage and sports recovery, for a guided self-myofascial release workshop designed specifically for climbers and active bodies.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn practical techniques to release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery using tools like lacrosse balls, yoga straps, and yoga blocks. We’ll focus on common areas of restriction for climbers including the forearms, shoulders, chest, lats, and neck, while exploring simple recovery practices you can continue using at home between climbing sessions.

Whether you’re feeling sore, tight, overworked, or simply want to take better care of your body, this workshop is designed to help you move more freely and recover more sustainably. Each participant will also receive a lacrosse ball to take home and incorporate into their own recovery routine.
