Morning Flow with Lindsay
Rejuvenating | Balanced | Work Out and Work In
Wednesdays from 8:00 - 9:00 AM
Beginner Friendly - Lightly Challenging
Start your morning with an invigorating 60-minute vinyasa flow designed to awaken your body and center your mind.
This all-levels class offers a dynamic sequence of poses, linking breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Each month follows a unique theme—such as gratitude, emphasizing heart- and hip-opening postures—and we explore one evolving sequence throughout the month. Poses may be added or deepened as we go, allowing the flow to stay fresh while giving students the opportunity to refine specific postures and notice their progress over time.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find space to challenge yourself, move with intention, and honor your practice. Can’t make it every week? No worries—each class is designed to stand on its own, with modifications available to support your experience level and anatomy. Join us for a balanced, grounding start to your day!
What our members say:“Lindsay creates flows that are both challenging and playful, offering space for growth, discovery, and exploration.”
"This class might just be the best possible way to kickstart your morning. You will leave feeling refreshed, energized and fully empowered to take on the day ahead. Lindsay has you stretching, she has you flowing, she has you tuning out your to-do list entirely. She'll have you so fully in the moment that you won't realize how many muscles she got you activating until hours later when that little bit of soreness reminds you what a hotshot you truly are."
About the instructor:
Lindsay Kolpitcke
Lindsay initially turned to yoga as an exercise practice when she was a teenager, having no idea that the physical asanas were only one small piece to all that yoga encompasses. What she immediately noticed upon beginning her practice was that she was finally able to quiet the busyness of her overactive ADHD mind. She became hooked and began practicing regularly at the age of 19. After contemplating attending a yoga teacher training program for 13 years, she enrolled in the 300 hour program at True North Yoga in 2023–which, interestingly enough, turned out to be the perfect timing.
Lindsay strives to create yoga flows that are both challenging and fun, offering moments of growth, play, and discovery. When Lindsay’s not practicing yoga, you can find her spending time with loved ones, exploring and playing outside, or creating with herbs.
