Class Description:
Slow down, breathe deeply, and reset. This all-levels restorative yoga class offers a gentle, welcoming space to unwind and reconnect with your body. Through simple movements, supported stretches, and mindful breathing, you’ll ease tension, calm the nervous system, and invite a sense of balance and clarity. Postures are held comfortably and approached with care, making this practice accessible whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to complement a more active routine. Expect a relaxed pace, soothing guidance, and plenty of permission to move at your own comfort level. Come as you are—this class is about feeling good, not pushing harder.

About the instructor
Jill Singer
An experienced Yoga practitioner for over 40 years, Jill Singer, E-200RYT, absolutely loves Yoga and believes in the power of Yoga for health, healing and personal transformation. She is an E-200HR Registered Yoga Teacher (E-200RYT) with Yoga Alliance and is a Certified Barre instructor.
Jill works with all abilities, ages and genders, and encourages everyone to “Find Your Yoga”. She does not identify with one style, tradition, or lineage as she believes all yoga is helpful. Yoga continues to be a daily practice as she’s transitioned from a long-distance endurance athlete to a strength-based athlete, using all of its unique components for cross training, mental focus, stress relief, injury prevention and rest. Jill is looking forward to sharing her passion for mind-body connection combined with FUN with all members of her classes.
