This class is a place to take a break from the day and connect with yourself again. This will be done through breathwork, meditation, and yin postures. Come expecting calming lighting and music, deep stretches, and a place to learn more about yourself and your body.

About the instructor:

Cambra Thompson

Cambra has completed her 300 hr teacher training at True North Yoga. She loves teaching people how to relax, calm their nervous systems, and feel the benefit of deep stretches in her Yin classes. She brings an accessible approach to her classes, offering numerous props and alternatives to the poses. She believes strongly that yoga is for everyone. Cultivating a safe place for all souls and bodies is extremely important to Cambra in all of the work she does; as a yoga teacher, writer, nanny, pet sitter, and community activist.

In her free time, she loves to host movie nights, read books, hike, and take lots of baths. Besides being out in nature, her favorite place in the world is cuddled up with her girlfriend and their cat.

She believes strongly in the power of community and hopes that you feel that in every class she teaches.
