Flow with breath and movement in this energizing Vinyasa Yoga class. You’ll be guided through a series of poses that seamlessly transition from one to the next, building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Expect to synchronize breath with movement, creating a moving meditation that enhances focus and body awareness.

About the instructor

Gina Sheesley

Gina has always had a passion for exploring a wide variety of physical movement, and she first discovered yoga in 2010 as one of many beloved forms of exercise. After relocating to Boise in 2019, her practice deepened, and she became more dedicated to yoga—not only as a physical discipline, but also as a holistic connection of body, mind, and spirit. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in the fall of 2024 at Flow Studio with two of her favorite teachers.

Gina strives to create a space where individuals can experience beauty, contentment, transformation, and flow on their unique yoga journeys. She believes yoga is a powerful tool for exploring the balance found within life’s inherent oppositions: challenge and calm, solitude and community, gravity and playfulness, striving and surrender. In her vinyasa classes, she aims to cultivate both effort and ease while honoring the essential rhythm of our inhales and exhales.
