Vinyasa with Jill N.
Balanced | Morning Refresher | Newbies Welcome
Tuesdays from 7:15 - 8:15 AM
Suitable for All Skill Levels - Beginner Friendly
Class Description:
This class is about getting your body moving after you wake up. We start with slow, simple stretches to address overnight stiffness in the back and hips. From there, we transition into a steady flow that links basic movements with deep breathing. The goal is to build a bit of heat and wake up your muscles so you feel more capable heading into your day. It’s a practical, no-nonsense practice for all levels.

What our members say:“Jill is going to move slowly between poses allowing you to get where you want to be with plenty of time. You are going to get some good stretching in this class! Jill focuses on showing instead of telling.”
About the instructor
Jill Nebeker
Jill approaches her yoga class like her life: make it a graceful challenge, people! Her teaching style is student-centered — your experience is yours, throw ideals out the window. Don't be surprised if she knows your name and offers specific modifications for you.
In her classes meditation isn't an add-on; it's part of the practice. And she teaches without music. Just breath, movement, and mind/body connection without distraction.
Jill's approach comes from her teacher training with Scott Anderson, PhD, fifteen years ago in Madison, WI. Since moving to Boise in 2014, she's taught in the climbing community (way back in the Urban Ascent days), the hockey community, Yoga on the Mountain, at Align Wellness, and in private classes.
