Yoga + Sculpt is a beginner/intermediate style class for yogi’s looking to challenge their vinyasa practice with Pilates movements intertwined into the flow. Each month we work through a flow and add more challenges to it as our bodies get stronger. Option to bring your own light set of weights (1-5lbs) if you’d like an extra challenge!

About the instructor:

Emma Scott Singletary

Emma Scott completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018 in North Carolina while she was in college. As a group exercise instructor with Elon University, she used her training to teach vinyasa, all-levels flow, sculpt and yin classes, in addition to pilates, cycle, and barre classes. 

She is passionate about creating welcoming and inclusive classes for all students. Emma Scott began her yoga practice 10 years ago in combination with physical therapy to heal from a severe back injury. She found that mindfulness, breathwork, and movement are wonderful skills to practice in her daily life! 

She enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and being on or near water any free moment she has. Emma Scott can't wait to welcome you to one of her classes and form a beautiful community of mindful movement!
