The Commons Climbing Gym is hard at work planning the 2026 Boise Boulder Battle, our annual bouldering comp and the only USAC qualifying bouldering event scheduled in the state of Idaho so far this competitive season. This event invites youth athletes from all over Division 2 (Idaho, Montana, northern Utah, Wyoming, northern Nevada and Northern California) to compete alongside our own Commons Climbing team in a bid for a spot at the regional bouldering competition events which will be held in the spring of 2027.

The Boise Boulder Battle will take place at The Commons Climbing gym in Boise, ID on October 24th, 2026. This is an all-day event that incorporates competitions for both youth and adult climbers, as well as both athletes and citizens. The Boulder Battle will also include food and beer vendors, games, prizes, music, entertainment, and so much more!
